At VLFE we understand that each client has a unique vision and we can therefore create an individual package tailored to meet your specific needs and budget, using one or all of the event packages. Our detailed list of services is summarized below. 

Elegance Package 
The Elegance package is for those brides who have all the details of their wedding planned, but need help bringing it all together. There are 3 meetings setup in order to assist you with wedding day needs. All 3 meetings are optional and not mandatory. In each of these meetings the bride will meet with the Wedding Coordinator to go over the details, vendor information, budget, payment schedules, and itinerary. Our Elegance package will consist of working with you to bring all of the last minute details together and on your wedding day coordinating vendor deliveries, guest arrivals, wedding party arrivals and the over all flow of the event.

Exquisite Package
This package is for brides who would like to plan most of the details of their wedding, but need a little advice and suggestions along the way. This package gives our brides more on hands on while having a professional help on the side. We provide you with the right suggestions for vendors, reception, ceremony location, etiquette advice, etc. while allowing you to handle most of the planning. There are six meetings available for scheduling at your own convenience to discuss and go over every detail of your wedding day. The last meeting is scheduled 30-20 days before your wedding to confirm and finalize details.

Timeless Package
Our full service production is for brides who need assistance with all the details of their wedding no matter how big or small. With this package you have our Wedding Coordinator at your disposal to schedule and attend vendor meetings, review vendor contracts and assist with wedding details, offer advice and suggestions, and be there every step of the way. Your dream wedding is our primary focus. A monthly meeting is scheduled at your convenience to discuss and go over every detail of your wedding.  

Even Month Management
After an initial consultation we step in around six weeks before your event to do a final walk through of the event site with you, conduct a final comprehensive interview with you to map out all event timings and activities and contact all your vendors and review each contract in order to ensure that every detail is in place. We provide both you and the vendors with a detailed event day timeline for a seamless wedding day. Our staff will manage all activities on the day of the event from start to finish, ensuring that everything is executed to perfection. Pricing is individually determined based upon each client's specific needs and the scope of coordination services required. 

Consultation
$100 per hour - You may simply need someone with whom you can occasionally consult throughout the process. We offer hourly consultations on any aspect of your event planning including etiquette and customs advice, design ideas and budget management. (2 hour minimum applies)

Corporate Events
Whether you are planning a small private launch party or a large corporate conference; we can orchestrate every detail of your event. Pricing based on size and scale of your event.

Destination Wedding
Just because you are choosing a destination wedding, you don't have to have a cookie cutter wedding. Hotels and resorts may offer destination wedding packages, but you are purchasing somebody else's vision of the perfect wedding, not yours. Our destination packages enable you to have an incredibly personal event anywhere in the world and at a surprisingly affordable cost. Contact us today to find out more information on these services and for your personalized quote. Our normal fees are reduced as our destination wedding clients will be responsible for airfare and lodging of their event coordinator. If the event requires more than one coordinator to be on location, up to two members of the VLFE team may be lodged in one room. VLFE retains the right to select the air carrier upon which to travel.
